Terms  and  Conditions:

• All room rates as quoted are in Thai Baht. Inclusive of 7% vat and 10% service charge and breakfast.
• For capacity of every room type, Maximum 3 Adults per rooms or 2 Adult 2 Children ( Identification of Child's age must be shown at Front Desk.
  and children MUST be under 12 years old. 12 or over is considered an Adult. )
• Check in time : after 2.00 pm. (upon room available)
• Check out time : before 12:00 ( Noon ). Any extension after 12.00 noon will be levied at 50% of regular rate.
  Any Extension after 6.00 pm. will be charged full day rate.
  
• All Credit Card must be valid and expire after your departure date, Unless Hotel shall cancel the booking anytimes.
• Maximum 1 Extra bed per Room per Person. Rate is inclusive of Breakfast, 10 % Service Charge and 7% Vat.

• King/Twin Bed are for Preference only, Please note we may not quanrantee your requests but assisting may be given as much as we could.
• River breeze room and River serenade room only have a king size bed.

Child  Policy:

• Child under 6 years old: No charged for sharing room with parent(S) and utilizing existing beds.
  No Buffet Breakfast is provided.
• Child between 6 to 11 years old: Charged Baht 250.-net for room and Breakfast. (No Extra Bed provided)
• Child aged 12 and older is considered as adult . Extra Bed is compulsory and Breakfast is included.

Cancellation  Policy :

• No charge will be levied on cancellations made more than 7 day(s) prior to the Check-In Date.
• Cancellation made between 7 day(s) and 0 day(s) will be charged 100% from the total amount of room reserved for 1 night only.
• No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of room reserved for 1 night only
• Credit Card is required for only Guarantee of Booking, Your Credit Card will not be charged and The payment shall made upon your arrival.
• Postpone/Amendation Policy : Amendation/Postpone of less than 3 Days prior to arrival date will be subject to 1 night full rate charge.
• Please noted : this Cancellation Policy are only applied for Navalai's Internet User's Rate.
  and it does not apply to any Travel Agencies or Corporate or any Promotion Rate and any Booking channels where you made your Reservation, Please check carefully with your Agencies or check from where you have made your booking.
